Order Information - Please Read

All orders received between 9am to 2pm (Mon-Thurs) will be despatched sameday through our carrier DPD.  Orders made after 2pm Thursday to Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.

During checkout with PayPal you will be asked for your mobile phone number so our carrier DPD can send you tracking information, you cannot complete your order without this.  This information is helpful for you to keep up to date with every step of your order and also helps us  be more efficient with order status requests.  However if you haven't received your order within 72hrs of email notification that your order has been shipped and had no tracking information sent to your phone from DPD then please get in touch.
